This is instruction of usage for Aseprite sliding script.

This tool help you quickly generate frames to make moving animation in different interpolation functions.

  1. Interpolation:
    1. Function: Select function to decide the way how your object move.

      About interpolation functions, you can see how they move in Cubic Bezier website.

    2. Frames: Enter how many frames you want to express those animation. More frame make it more smooth.

  2. Movement:
    1. X-Axis: Left is from, right to to. For example in the example the arrow will move horizontally from 73 to 123.
    2. Y-Axis: Similar to the X-Axis. But in this case, the object will not move.

After you click OK, the tool will generate frames (100 frames in this case) to another Layer. And that layer will contain the animation.

<aside> 🗒️ The number of X and Y is from the bound of selection. I you select nothing, it will be from the bound of active cell.
